Safety Standards

Community Guidelines & Child Safety

At Welu, creating a safe, private, and respectful environment for couples is our top priority. While our platform is designed for private shared spaces between two partners, we maintain strict community standards to prevent abuse and ensure the safety of all individuals.

Zero Tolerance for CSAM/CSAE

Welu has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit the uploading, sharing, or distribution of any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Any user found violating this policy will be:

  • Immediately and permanently banned from the platform.
  • Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

In addition to our policies on child safety, the following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Welu:

  • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
  • Non-consensual sharing of intimate images (NCII).
  • Promotion of illegal acts or violence.
  • Spam, scams, or malicious automated activity.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these standards, or if you suspect any instance of child exploitation, please report it immediately.
